TARPON POINT
Cape Coral, Florida 

This project is located on the Caloosahatchee River in south Cape Coral, Florida and is nestled in a highly sensitive coastal marine environment surrounded by mangroves, and incorporates mangrove hammocks within its confines. The marina was permitted for 289 slips. The scope of services provided for this project included the preparation of a DRI statement with sufficient reports, site engineering details for the harbor master, showers, parking facilities, laundry facilities, ship store, gas docks and sewage pump-out stations and fuel docks. The project incorporates an extensive surface water management system ensuring maximum pre-treatment of storm water run-off prior to final spreader swale discharge into the waters of the State. Project was designed for Tarpon Point Associates, LLC.

CAPE HARBOUR
Cape Coral, Florida 

This is a 231.65 acre waterfront development which lies at the southern tip of the City of Cape Coral. The subdivision is a mixed-use of single-family estate homes, zero lot line and coach homes. The project will consist of approximately 450 units. Included are walking trails around an environmental preserve, a 100 slip marina, a clubhouse, tennis courts and community pool. Scope of services included planning of the subdivision, architecture for amenities, and civil engineering for subdivision and marina. Project was designed for the Realmark Development, LLC.

SANDOVAL SUBDIVISION
Cape Coral, Florida 

This project is a 524-acre residential and commercial subdivision to be done in 3 Phases. Responsible for the design and permitting for the infrastructure for 1,569 single family and multi-family units, commercial tracts, amenity center and preservation tracts. Project designed for the Bonita Bay Group.

ENTRADA
Cape Coral, Florida

Entrada is a 446 acre mixed-use Planned Development Project (PDP) located along either side of Del Prado Boulevard North in the City of Cape Coral, FL. This development consists of several components including 721 single-family home sites, three multi-family tracts providing for a maximum of 902 units and thirteen commercial tracts with a maximum of 280,000 sq. ft. of retail along with 15,000 sq. ft. of office use.  

Entitled under a separate Planned Development Project is a Commerce Center at Entrada. It is zoned for approximately 250,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on 50 +/- acres of land.
