City Hall was completed in 2001 at 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard S.
The two buildings are 89,665 sq. ft.

The Cape Coral Police Department is a 90,000 sq.ft. facility built in 2009.  It is located across from City Hall at 1100 Cultural Park Boulevard.

The Cape Coral Police Headquarters serves as a critical facility for law enforcement and public safety within the city, housing key divisions such as patrol, investigations, emergency response, and administrative offices. Designed with functionality and security in mind, the headquarters enables the Cape Coral Police Department to effectively serve and protect the community.
